White Sage has been traditionally used in Native American culture in foods and for ceremonial cleansing. It is used to purify room environments, or encircling a person to disinfect and clear energy. To 'smudge' is to purify with smoke especially from White Sage.
Recommended Use:
Use to purify body, home, office and healing rooms. Gently blow upon the glowing embers to produce smoke.
